Emily, after two separate stints at Amazon.com: once for 2 years in the late 90’s as the young company was just getting established, and again more recently from 2011-2014, Emily joined Cascadia Seller Solutions, a consulting firm providing service and solutions to small to medium sized enterprises who need help protecting and building their brand on Amazon.
Together Robyn and Emily talk about the primary focus of Amazon with customer service obsession and how you can be just as “customer obsessed” and keep your primary customer (Amazon) happy with your level of service toward the consumer. Robyn talks about how to reply to customer issues and the best way to help the customer have the satisfying buying experience through swift communication and action with your buyer.
